No printed deadstock
Designs are printed in runs as you need them, so you are not left with printed stock that does not sell. Blanks carry over to the next collection.

Fabric, fit and colour are chosen and approved by you on the first batch, not taken from generic stock.

Questions
Is there a minimum order?
The first batch of blanks starts at 500 pieces. After that, each print run starts at 100 pieces.
Is this print on demand for single orders?
No. Koko does not print and ship single items to your buyers. You keep your own blanks in stock and print each design in runs from 100 pieces, delivered to you.
Where are my blanks kept, and is there a fee?
At Takara's warehouse. There is no storage fee.
How long does a print run take?
About 10 days, because the blanks are already in stock and there is no fabric to source or sew.
Can the blanks be dyed to my brand colour?
Below 3,000 pieces, blanks are made in the colours the partner factory has available. Custom-dyed colours start from 3,000 pieces.
How do I pay?
The blank batch and each print run are paid in advance and go into production once payment is received. A full VAT invoice is issued for orders in Vietnam.
Can I change or cancel a print run?
Yes, until it goes to print. Once printing has started the run can no longer be changed or cancelled.
What if items arrive misprinted or damaged?
Send clear photos within 7 days of receiving the run. Misprints, defects and damage in transit are reprinted free of charge.
What is not covered?
Sizes or colours ordered by mistake, a change of mind, or an incorrect delivery address. Small differences between on-screen colours and printed colours are normal and are not treated as defects.
Can I print any design?
Only artwork you own or have the right to use. Designs that use brand names, logos, film or game characters, or fonts and stock images without a commercial licence are declined. For officially licensed merchandise, Takara works with the licensor through its licensing service.
How should I prepare my file?
A PNG with a transparent background at 150 to 300 DPI at the actual print size, in sRGB colour. Vector files (AI, PDF, SVG) also work. Koko checks every file before printing and tells you if anything needs fixing.
Are samples free?
No. Samples are charged per design and include up to three revision rounds. The fee is quoted with your brief. Sending a brief and receiving a quote is free.
Who makes the blanks and prints them?
Vetted partner factories. Each run is checked before it is packed.
Can runs ship outside Vietnam?
List the destination markets with your brief. Shipping options, and any product-safety testing a market requires, are confirmed for each destination before the first batch.
Do gifts given in Vietnam need a certificate?
Gifts given to staff, clients or event guests in Vietnam and not sold need a full, valid VAT invoice. Retail certification applies when goods are sold in shops or online.
